About the Job

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our Global Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize business strategies, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. Your expertise will be critical in extracting actionable insights from diverse data sources, implementing data-driven projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape effective go-to-market strategies.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide strategic decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML models to accurately forecast key outcomes and drive enhanced business performance.
• Build dashboards to track key metrics, proactively identify gaps and anomalies, and analyze root cause to inform data-driven business decisions.
• Collaborate with business leaders or stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, Tech industries.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Familiarity with the analytics tool Sensor Data is a big plus
• Comfortable to liaise with external and internal stakeholders in China/Taiwan and APAC would be an added advantage.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
