ServiceNow Architect - Financial Services

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to financial industry requirements.
• Lead platform design and governance for ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management modules.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, enterprise security, and data governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee integrations with CMDB, identity management, and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and fintech trends to propose innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.
• Proven track record working in financial services or banking environments.
• Expertise in ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management.
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration APIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise project frameworks.
