Our client is a leading financial services firm committed to excellence in investment management and fintech innovation. Right now, they are seeking a Regional VP, Human Resources (APAC) to lead their strategic HR initiatives, drive talent management, and enhance organizational effectiveness. This person will serve as a key HR leader, driving talent acquisition, workforce strategy, leadership development, and HR transformation. This role requires expertise in financial services HR practices, regulatory compliance, and culture transformation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational culture and workforce planning.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, including digital HR solutions and process automation.
- Talent Management & Organizational Development
- Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Implement performance management frameworks that drive a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Ensure HR policies align with financial industry regulations and labor laws.
- Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and compliance reporting.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the firm.
- Work with finance and HR teams to develop competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to drive workforce decisions.
- Oversee the implementation of HR technology solutions for better efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within financial services.
- Expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Strong knowledge of financial industry labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience driving HR digital transformation and culture change initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus.
