Business Development Manager (Asia)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in Asia, based in Singapore. This is a senior leadership role that requires deep expertise in blockchain technology and the investment funds industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing our strategic growth plan in the region, driving business development, and ensuring the successful implementation of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  •  Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the company’s growth in Asia, aligning with global business objectives.
  •  Identify and develop opportunities within the blockchain and investment funds ecosystem, establishing key partnerships.
  •  Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to position the company as a leader in the region.
  •  Drive business development initiatives, ensuring revenue growth and market penetration.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, legal, and operations) to align strategy with execution.
  •  Represent the company in key industry events, regulatory discussions, and partnership negotiations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  •  Proven track record (20+ years) in strategy, business development, or leadership roles within blockchain, fintech, or investment funds.
  •  Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications in financial markets and fund management.
  •  Strong understanding of investment structures, asset management, and regulatory frameworks in Asia.
  •  Experience in leading market expansion strategies and executing high-impact business initiatives.
  •  Highly goal-oriented and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and take ownership of strategic objectives.
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong network in the financial and blockchain sectors.
  •  Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus.
