Head of B2B - RentlyPay


About the Job


We’re hiring a Head of B2B (Business to Business) to lead growth and commercialization for RentlyPay, our payments infrastructure product powering how rent moves between tenants and institutional landlords.


RentlyPay is a top strategic priority for the company. We believe it can become the default rent payment rail in every city we operate in unlocking compelling financial products for tenants, landlords, and agents, and forming the foundation of how we monetize across markets.


The product is live, with early proof points in place, but the roadmap, go to market motion, and growth engine are still being shaped. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define where we double down, how we package and price the product, and which partnerships unlock scale.

What You’ll Do


🚀 Lead B2B Growth-Own GTM for RentlyPay across institutional landlords, agent networks, property managers, and ecosystem partners.

📦 Refine & Sell the Product -Shape pricing, positioning, and bundling across customer segments and close lighthouse partners.

🧭 Drive the Commercial Strategy-Test monetization models, stand up scalable sales motions, and deliver customer wins that validate segment focus.

🧪 Shape the Product Roadmap-Translate market insights and user feedback into product direction and prioritization.

👥 Scale the Team-Codify what works, build the commercial playbook, and hire high-output operators as we scale.


Who You Are


✅ Fintech or Proptech Fluency-You’ve built or sold products in sectors where money, property, or trust flow between multiple stakeholders, and know what it takes to win in complex, high stakes environments.

✅ Builder with Hustle-You know how to drive early traction from scratch: prospecting, pitching, and closing the first few customers while building the system behind it.

✅ Strategic & Commercial-You can close deals and think holistically about pricing, segmentation, incentives, and distribution.

✅ Cross-Functional Influencer-You’ve partnered with product and marketing to shape what gets built and how it’s brought to market.

✅ Customer-Led-You understand the incentives and workflows of landlords, agents, and renters, and speak their language.

🏙️ Market-Savvy-Familiarity with the Singapore and/or Dubai real estate ecosystem is a strong plus.

⭐ Bonus-Experience in payments, card infrastructure, or vertical SaaS is a plus.
