Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring smooth operations of banking systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance security, efficiency, and innovation.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data protection standards.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support digital banking initiatives and technology-driven solutions.
• Ensure high availability of core banking applications and timely resolution of IT incidents.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in IT governance and risk management.
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud integration, and emerging technology adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and fintech integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
