What you do

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, new business opportunities to provide compelling and innovative solutions to Digital Team.
• Independently manage projects or participate actively as project team member to deliver Digital and E-commerce systems/solutions.
• Participate as subject matter expert in all stages of E-commerce product lifecycle including Idea generation, business justification, solution design, business analysis and project management for product delivery and BAU support.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, that include sales, trading, finance, risk management, IT / Vendor, and operations teams to offer strategic E-commerce solutions.
• Manage cross functional relationships with CFS / GCB / BOS and communicate clearly with key stakeholders on project status, key risks and issues.
• Responsible for development of SDLC / Agile project documentation, including defining user requirements / stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements, priorities, objectives / goals, and acceptance criteria to delivery team.

Who you are

• Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Math
• 6-10 years of related work experience
• Strong Business Domain knowledge(FX / Fixed Income) and work experience in an E-commerce function within Global Markets
• Track record in delivering projects successfully through SDLC / Agile methodology as User PM
• Some expertise in AI/machine learning and knowledge of Python will be preferred.
• Thirst for continuous learning and improvement.
• Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment.
