About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Campaign Manager to support and drive execution across global campaigns, product launches, events, and branded merchandise initiatives. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys turning marketing strategy into action across multiple channels and regions.
Required Skills:

Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviour
Audience Targeting: Segment audiences and tailor messages for maximum impact
Performance Measurement: Set measurable objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success
Budget Optimisation: Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently across channels
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of global marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Assist in the coordination and rollout of product launches, ensuring timely alignment between teams and regions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to organize events such as expos, networking sessions, and promotional activations.
- Oversee and coordinate the production, distribution, and inventory of branded merchandise.
- Ensure consistency of campaign messaging and branding across all regions and touchpoints.
- Track, report, and analyse campaign performance metrics to support optimization.
- Work closely with creative, content, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are well-integrated and aligned.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working on campaigns, events, or product marketing in a global or regional capacity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other project management software
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Forex, FinTech, or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with merchandise production or vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of analytics tools or campaign performance tracking.
- Basic design and content creation skills
