Cloud Post-sales/ Technical Account Manager/ Cloud Deliver（cloud solution）

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary technical contact, understanding customer goals and cloud adoption roadmaps.
• Develop tailored cloud strategies to optimize performance, cost, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver seamless experiences.
• Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot critical issues, escalate internally, and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on Alibaba Cloud products and educate customers on new features.
• Relay customer insights to influence product roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet industry standards and security best practices.

Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in technical consulting, cloud architecture, or customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and infrastructure design. Experience with Alibaba Cloud, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Cloud certifications (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Industry experience (fintech, e-commerce, gaming, etc.).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or AI technologies.
• Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., Mandarin, English).
