Right now, they are seeking a HR Business Partner, VP to support tjheir people strategy, drive employee engagement, and enhance organizational development. This individual will be a strategic partner to business leaders, overseeing talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering & Employee Engagement
- Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
- Provide guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.
Talent Management & Performance
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to attract top fintech talent.
- Oversee performance review cycles, compensation planning, and career development programs.
- Support training and upskilling initiatives tailored to fintech industry needs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and fintech regulations.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
- Act as the point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Diversity, Inclusion & Culture
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create a dynamic workplace.
- Organize well-being programs, team-building activities, and leadership development workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of HR experience in fintech, technology, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth tech environment.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and fintech industry best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and performance management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
