Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead the global marketing function, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across key fintech markets. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven approach to campaign execution and market expansion.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Lead global marketing strategy aligned with business and growth goals; use data to drive pricing, segmentation, and GTM plans.
Brand & Digital: Oversee brand positioning and integrated campaigns across digital, PR, and events. Manage SEO/SEM, content, and CRM for optimal ROI.
Customer Engagement: Develop CRM strategies to increase retention, LTV, and satisfaction across key markets.
Team & Performance: Build and manage regional marketing teams. Own budgets, KPIs (CPA, ROMI, LTV), and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
You will need min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in senior marketing roles, including 5+ years in fintech/payments.
- Proven success in scaling customer acquisition and leading multi-market brand launches.
- Strong command of marketing tech (CRM, analytics, automation).
- Deep understanding of payments ecosystem and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience leading cross-cultural teams in dynamic environments.
