Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding partnerships, and promoting our payment processing and restaurant ordering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, SaaS, or payments, with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech, hospitality, and restaurant sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients (merchants, restaurants, SaaS platforms, etc.).
- Negotiate and close deals with enterprise clients, ISVs, and strategic partners.
2. Market Expansion & Partnerships:
- Research and analyze market trends to identify high-potential segments.
- Establish partnerships with POS providers, restaurant chains, and fintech platforms to integrate our solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation campaigns and sales collateral.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their pain points and proposing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with product and support teams to align offerings with market needs.
4. Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership:
- Stay updated on payment regulations, fintech innovations, and restaurant tech trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years in B2B sales/business development in fintech, payments, SaaS, or hospitality tech.
- Proven success in selling payment gateways, POS systems, or restaurant management software.
- Strong network in fintech, banking, or restaurant industries is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
