Principal Product Designer (Securities Firm, UX Product Design, Fintech)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of customer-facing platforms (web, mobile, and desktop) ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to identify design opportunities.
• Develop pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile platforms, focusing on user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces.
• Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate design ideas and solutions.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for better performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to ensure the design vision is implemented to meet business goals and user needs.
• Present design concepts to senior management, explaining design decisions and advocating for user-centric approaches.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• With 3 - 6 years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a senior role, ideally within the fintech, securities, or brokerage industry.
• Familiarity with securities, brokerage services, trading platforms, and financial products is a must.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and analytics.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for mobile-first applications.
