Executive, Finance (6 Months Contract)

We’re looking to add a Executive, Finance (6 Months Contract) in Singapore. The position is based in our Marsiling Site.

As a Executive, Finance (6 Months Contract), you will:

Support monthly journal entries, and fixed asset register

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Create and post journal entries for various transactions as to ensure they are supported by documentation
• Maintenance of balance sheet schedule and oversee cash flow
• Preparation statutory financial statements and monthly forecast
• Compile and organise supporting documentation for internal and external audits
• Prepare quarterly/yearly tax computations
• Other Adhoc tasks assigned by FM

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma in Accounting with 2 years of experience
• Hands on experience with SAP is a must.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Able to work independently, responsible and possesses good working ethics
