As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between technology and business—translating user needs into smart, actionable product features for a high-performing trading platform.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the full product lifecycle—from ideation to iteration—helping shape fintech solutions that are intuitive, fast, and market-ready.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore, reporting into the Product team.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 2 years’ experience in a business analyst, product, or project coordination role
• Proficient in writing user stories, mapping workflows, and managing backlogs
• Experience gathering product requirements and prioritising features based on stakeholder input
• Able to support and track the full product lifecycle—from concept through to post-launch optimisation
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar
• Exposure to trading platforms or financial markets
• Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Comfortable working in a lean, cross-functional team
• Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• Working experience in the fintech, trading, or capital markets space
• A passion for fintech, blockchain, or emerging technologies
• Experience working in an early-stage product team
• Confidence in running competitor analysis, user interviews, or customer feedback loops
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal
