Debia is a fast-growing fintech company licensed as a Major Payment Institution by (MAS), offering cutting-edge digital payment solutions across the region.


We are seeking a Marketing and Brand Development Manager to lead our brand building and marketing strategies. This is a high-impact role where you will drive brand awareness, strengthen our market positioning, and craft compelling campaigns that engage and inspire.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Narrative: Develop and execute a clear brand strategy that resonates with our target markets (SMEs, millennial consumers, expats) and differentiates us in the competitive fintech landscape.
  • Integrated Campaigns: Plan and oversee 360° campaigns across digital, social, PR, SEO/SEM, events, and content channels to drive growth and awareness.
  • Content & Storytelling: Oversee high-quality, engaging content — from blog posts and videos to social media assets — that builds trust and thought leadership.
  • Performance Marketing: Work with internal growth teams to run digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
  • Partnerships & PR: Forge collaborations with media, industry organisations, and influencers; manage PR agencies and secure impactful media coverage.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Define and track brand KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and use insights to refine strategies and report ROI to leadership.
  • Market Localisation: Ensure global brand campaigns are adapted to Singaporean and APAC markets with cultural relevance and resonance.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in brand and marketing, ideally in fintech/tech/financial services.
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Asian languages a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with strong storytelling skills.
  • Proactive, agile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
