The HR Admin cum Accountant role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining accurate financial records. The role combines HR duties, including employee onboarding and payroll, with accounting responsibilities such as managing accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and budget monitoring.
1. HR Operations & Office Administration
- Manage payroll, compliance, employee records, and HR systems.
- Oversee general office administration and vendor relationships.
- Maintain a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
2. Accounting role
- Maintaining accurate financial records such as accounts payable and receivable,
- Financial reporting and budget monitoring.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations in HR and accounting practices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR and accounting, preferably with exposure to FinTech or tech startup environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices in startup environments.
- Salary will commensurate with candidate experience.
