Job Title: Sales Intern / Part-Time Resource


Department: Revenue
Location: Remote / Singapore (Preferred)
Reporting To: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Duration: 3 months (with option to extend by 3 additional months)

Tookitaki is looking for a Sales Intern or Part-Time Sales Resource to support its growing revenue operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in RegTech, sales enablement, and operations to gain hands-on experience at a fast-growing company known for its AI-powered financial crime prevention platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent writing and organizational skills, and can work effectively across time zones and cultures.

Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the end-to-end sales process, from responding to RFPs and maintaining a content repository to developing sales enablement materials. The intern will contribute to improving sales productivity, process consistency, and content quality, working directly with Tookitaki’s global sales and marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations Support (35%)

  • Assist in tracking sales metrics and maintaining dashboards.
  • Support CRM hygiene and internal process documentation.
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups for sales and client engagements.

2. RFP Response Management & Repository Maintenance (50%)

  • Support the end-to-end RFP response process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
  • Maintain and update the central repository of past RFP responses, templates, and FAQs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline proposal development and collaboration.

3. Sales Enablement Content Development (15%)

  • Assist in the creation and refinement of collateral, battle cards, and sales playbooks.
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to align content with product positioning and go-to-market messaging.
  • Conduct basic research to support competitive positioning and content enrichment.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, or those currently seeking part-time opportunities
  • MBA is a plus

Experience (Preferred)

  • Prior internship experience in sales ops, B2B marketing, or proposal writing is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working with shared document management systems (e.g., Google Drive,).

Language Skills

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin is preferred (written and verbal).

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and learner-oriented mindset.
