Client Servicing Excecutive

Our clients are seeking three relationship-driven Client Servicing Executives to champion exceptional service delivery across their portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the trusted point of contact for clients—ensuring seamless communication, swift issue resolution, and elevated experiences that foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing service requests, feedback, and escalations

• Work closely with Client Servicing Manager to onboard and provide value-added services to clients

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery

• Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to resolve client issues swiftly and accurately

• Support client onboarding, documentation, and regulatory compliance

• Maintain accurate records and uphold service standards aligned with MAS guidelines

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience in client servicing or relationship management within financial services/banking/fintech- fresh graduates are welcome

• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and service workflows

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in CRM platforms and client reporting tools

• Local Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, or related field
