Responsibilities

You will manage global recruitment, coordinating with hiring managers and ensuring timely staff replacement.

• Source, interview, and recommend candidates while optimizing talent acquisition channels.
• Improve recruitment policies, processes, and tools for better efficiency.
• Support HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and general administration.
• Analyze recruitment data, prepare reports, and provide insights.
• Advise employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Support employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Handle other assigned HR duties.

Requirements

You will need min bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of recruitment experience.

• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts who use Mandarin as their main business language.
• Confidently handle HR inquiries across all levels of the organization.
