Lending SME Analyst

Position: Contract (6 months, Renewable)

Experience: 4+ years

Requirements:

* 4+ years of experience in SME or corporate lending, preferably in a client facing or consulting role.

* Experience working with financial institutions or fintech platforms.

* Certified Banking & Finance Business Certificate is regarded (master, CFA or similar) as an added advantage.

* Strong understanding of lending products, credit analysis, and loan lifecycle management.

* Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in previous roles.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

* Experience with digital lending platforms tools is a plus.

* Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.

* Consultants in this role are expected to be proactive, adaptable to client needs, and possess a deep understanding of corporate lending architecture.

* Deep understanding of CIB Business and Corporate Lending environment, with special focus on regulatory compliance and operational best practices.

* You will be expected to work closely with both clients and internal teams.

* Supporting onboarding and training, or collaborating with internal teams to refine product features based on client feedback and market trends.
