Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key liaison between the sales teams and the banking team, ensuring that banking requirements, payment solutions, and account needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
  • Work with the team to provide high-quality, professional day-to-day execution of compliance or internal control engagements and projects in line with the Firm’s risk management practices for clients in the CFD industry.
  • Champion technical expertise and provide robust and value-added advice to internal stakeholders from the Operations and Finance teams.
  • Contribute to client service teams as a high-level technical expert to improve the client deposits and withdrawal process.
  • Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance reviews, health checks, and KYC remediation from bank providers.
  • Lead the team in AML and Sanctions-related engagements, such as gap assessments, compliance monitoring, delivering banking payments-related training, developing or enhancing policies and procedures, and performing system validations.
  • Produce high-quality working papers and assist in drafting reports.
  • Contribute to personal and team development by staying up to date with AML-related news and regulatory developments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance or Economics. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking partnerships, payments, treasury, or financial services is preferred, especially in CFD, fintech, or payment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, payment solutions, and treasury functions.
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working with banking partners, payment providers, and financial institutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
