Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for fintech and global innovation? Our client is a leading financial technology company who is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Customer Success to join their growing team.
In this role, you will manage high-value global accounts and drive commercial growth. You will also play a critical role in building long-term partnerships that drive innovation across the financial technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver against personal and team revenue targets by pitching commercial sponsorships across our product portfolio.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key global client accounts, ensuring strong, strategic relationships.
- Develop and pitch compelling commercial value propositions to senior fintech leaders.
- Guide new clients through their first engagement cycle, ensuring an exceptional onboarding and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Operations, and Strategy—to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline and CRM records using HubSpot.
- Lead client calls and meetings (virtual and in-person) that identify opportunities and build long-term value.
- Partner with the global content and strategy team to shape high-impact product propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns to generate and nurture commercial opportunities.
- Stay informed on fintech trends, industry events, and market developments to deliver timely, relevant insights.
- Share key learnings and customer insights with internal teams to strengthen the broader network.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in customer success, business development or commercial partnerships, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B networks.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
- A passion for financial technology, digital transformation and global finance innovation.
