The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Client Success Manager to join the Singapore office. This is a key commercial role responsible for managing and expanding relationships with institutional clients in the private equity and fund management space. The successful candidate will lead regional sales initiatives, deliver strategic account management, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of private equity and fund clients, ensuring strong client relationships and service satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive client acquisition and revenue growth
  • Understand and assess client needs, positioning relevant services and solutions accordingly
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Forecast revenue, track key account metrics, and prepare regular reporting for senior management
  • Participate in client onboarding and implementation planning
  • Provide ongoing insights to improve product offerings and client experience

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., business development, account management, client success)
  • Prior experience in financial services, especially in fund administration, private equity, or related FinTech domains
  • Background in fund operations or audit/assurance (Big 4 experience is a plus)
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and execution ability
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
