B2B Merchant App Product Designer(payment)

Our client is a leading global fintech company, focused on building inclusive digital payment and financial service solutions. They work with payment partners and merchants worldwide to deliver seamless, secure, and innovative cross-border payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the B2B merchant app.
• Translate SME merchant needs into clear product requirements through research and feedback.
• Collaborate with design to deliver simple, intuitive, and multi-market user experiences.
• Partner with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent, self-serve features.
• Prioritize features, write user stories, and ensure fast-paced Agile delivery.
• Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related experience, with strong exposure to mobile apps.
• Experience with B2B platforms, SME merchants, fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Solid understanding of user experience design (wireframes, prototypes, user flows).
• Strong analytical, communication, and Agile product management skills.
• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML product integration.
