POS Terminal Tester (6-Month Contract)

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and self-motivated POS Terminal Tester to join our dynamic Technology team. The role involves planning, executing, and supporting terminal testing as part of solution delivery in Singapore’s robust and evolving payment ecosystem.

You will be working on mission-critical payment technology, contributing to end-to-end testing to ensure high standards of quality, reliability, and performance across payment terminal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute pre-defined test cases based on user requirements and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Investigate and document software issues when actual outcomes deviate from expected results; escalate findings to QA Lead or Developers.
• Capture, maintain, and organize test artefacts, including test results and documentation, for audits, reporting, and review.
• Actively identify and escalate project risks or impediments to ensure timely delivery and resolution with leadership support.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across QA, Development, and Product functions.
• Perform additional testing-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on testing experience, preferably in the fintech or payment terminal domain.
• Strong understanding of payment transaction flow and terminal operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and chart creation for reporting and dashboarding.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
