Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to ensure that company operations and transactions comply with local and international laws and regulations.

Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal paperwork.

Manage the company's intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights.

Represent the company in legal disputes and litigation.

Collaborate with external law firms to handle complex legal issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with legal practice qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fintech or virtual banking industry.

Familiarity with commercial law, contract law, and international law.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
