Job Description


ESGpedia is a fast-growing fintech company and we are looking for an Operations Intern to join our rapidly expanding company and change the world together with us.

The intern will get to learn these aspects during his/her internship with us:

• The Middle Office functions comprising of setting up processes, report verification and generation of ESG reports for new clients.

• Governance controls on risk management framework, Standards Adoptions (ISO certifications) and Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM)

• Back office operations of a fintech company pertaining to Operations, HR and Finance functions.


Job Responsibilities


You will be responsible for operational activities and initiatives such as, but not limited to:

• Helping out on client ESG reports generations and verifications

• Management of timesheet systems needed for grant submission

• Participate in all documentation work relating to policies, procedures and manuals for Finance/Operations/HR Department.

• The intern will learn about all ISO Standards certification processes..


Requirements

• Undergrduate of a recognized polytechnic or University.

• Strong documentation skillsets, analytical, meticulous and have an eye for detailed work without missing the big picture.

• Strong interest in an ESG environment to learn post sales servicing of onboarded clients.

• Ability to communicate and rapport well across all levels of management and with external parties.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel is required.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation and influencing skills; high levels of resilience and tenacity.

• A team player who shows respect and values the views of others

• Ability to work independently, resourceful and a passion to deliver

• Professional, confident, credible and enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude

• Shows leadership qualities in schools
