About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our Sales Team. This dynamic role involves selling our multi-currency quotation and trading solution, Trading the Right Chart (TRC) solution, to brokerages, asset managers and stock exchanges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the TRC solution to regional buy/sell-side customers such as brokers, asset managers, family offices and independent advisors globally.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and contracting, ensuring that TRC annual revenue targets are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the internal teams such as Product and Engineering to develop/customise TRC solutions for new clients.
  • Engage various industry players to identify new business and go-to-market models for the TRC solution, and provide market insights to Product to shape the product roadmap
  • and provide after-market support for onboarded clients.
  • Provide ongoing relationship management to customers and after-market account servicing for onboarded clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience. Candidates with equities market experience will have an advantage
  • A sales ‘hunter’ with track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, brokerages, trading and investment products, multi-asset/multi-market investment platforms, or fintech platforms
  • Extensive connections with regional buy-side/sell-side institutions. Ideally can move existing client relationships or books of business
  • Passionate, results-driven and a team player
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with multiple stakeholders
