Senior Business Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Consultant to join our Fintech company. You will play a pivotal role in advising internal stakeholders and external partners on strategies to enhance digital financial services, improve operational efficiency, and support product innovation. Your insights will drive business transformation and growth across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior in the digital finance sector.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives across product, operations, and technology.
• Evaluate existing business processes and financial models to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable business solutions aligned with digital finance and compliance best practices.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving product, tech, compliance, and customer success teams.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business cases, presentations, and reports to executive stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and partnership frameworks.
• Stay current with emerging technologies their application in the fintech space.
• Mentor junior consultants or analysts, fostering analytical and strategic thinking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• 12 - 15 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or transformation roles—ideally in Fintech, Financial Services, or Technology.
• Deep understanding of the financial technology landscape, including digital banking, payments, lending, or wealthtech.
• Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive decisions.
