Technician

We’re looking to add an Technician in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Technician, you will:

• Identify and manage process improvements relating to product quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing line efficiencies.
• Assist in product transfer.
• Conduct training for the Production Associates.
• Be the team PLAYER to process and production team.
• Ensure readiness for both NPI and Mass production.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of PCBA/machine/equipment/tool/jig
• Assist in evaluations
• Report top defects for root cause analysis
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Consolidate testing/evaluation data & suggestion for yield/efficiency/coverage improvement
• Assist Engineer on daily tasks.
