Our client is a high-growth fintech company in Hong Kong and they are reshaping the future of financial services through innovation, agility, and cutting-edge digital solutions. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy and execution across APAC. This role will be based in Hong Kong for the initial 2 years to drive talent growth and will be instrumental in scaling teams, driving employer branding, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience in one of the most dynamic and competitive markets in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with regional growth plans.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and set hiring goals.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche roles across product, tech, operations, and commercial functions.
- Lead, coach, and grow a regional TA team (in-house and/or through RPO partnerships).
- Implement efficient and consistent recruitment processes and tools across the region.
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and report regularly to stakeholders.
- Champion the company's employer brand through digital campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking.Stay current with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Recommend creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Leverage recruitment technology, ATS platforms, and data analytics for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- At least 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including regional/multi-country recruitment in a tech or fintech environment.
- Willingness to be based in Hong Kong for the first 2 years.
- Proven success in hiring for a wide range of functions, especially tech, product, and commercial roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Data-driven with experience using modern ATS and sourcing tools.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a startup mindset.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
