Job Description

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted organisational advisor to the team and team leads, helping shape the org structure, talent strategy, and cultivate performance culture, drive team effectiveness at scale.


What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with business leads on team structure, headcount planning, performance and organizational health;
  • Monitor and analyze people metrics (attrition, team engagement, career development) to identify challenges and growth opportunities;
  • Co-lead or support key people programs: performance review, promotion cycles, manager enablement, onboarding, etc;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting team, total rewards, and people operations to ensure timely delivery of people's solutions;
  • Support organizational changes and transitions in scale-ups, reorgs, and new product rollouts;
  • Drive initiatives to enhance team cohesion, culture alignment, and employee experience.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably from startups or FinTech industry;
  • Solid expertise in minimum of 3 areas: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Training & Development.
  • Experience supporting hyper growth businesses' commercial and tech teams (Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, Product);
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, org development, and talent planning;
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in supporting distributed or remote-first teams;
  • Strong data literacy (Google Sheets, HR dashboards, etc);
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (for liaison with counterparts in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong).
