Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid – 3 days onsite @ Tanjong Pagar)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: Up to SGD $6.5K/month + bonus

🔍 About the Role

We’re a fintech company building next-gen trading and investment platforms, and we’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced product environments. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design to define features, write clear user stories, and help drive delivery from idea to launch.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritise product/feature requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and technical documentation
• Support product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and iteration
• Manage and groom the product backlog alongside Product Managers
• Participate in Agile rituals: sprint planning, standups, retros
• Align internal teams (design, dev, QA) on what needs to be built, tested, and shipped
• Stay on top of fintech trends and help shape product decisions with insights

✅ What You Bring

• 2–5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Owner in a fintech, digital banking, or payment environment
• Comfortable with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and basic Figma workflows
• Can write user stories and acceptance criteria that devs actually understand
• Understand fintech product flows — e.g. wallets, payment journeys, order placement
• Experience with APIs (testing in Postman, mapping request/response) is a big plus
• Bonus: exposure to trading products (e.g. FX, equities, crypto)
