Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our products from conception to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research.
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver product features on time and within scope.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Act as the product evangelist internally and externally, communicating product value and direction.
• Drive go-to-market planning and support product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance technical and business requirements effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [Industry—e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare].
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of data analytics and metrics-driven decision-making.
• MBA or relevant certification (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
