Presales Solution Architect - Cloud (Mandarin speaking)

Job Description:

Solution Design & Delivery

• Collaborate with enterprise clients to design and deliver cloud-based solutions focused on big data and AI.
• Support digital transformation across industries such as retail, telecom, fintech, and online services.
• Translate complex needs into tailored architectures, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Customize cloud offerings for specific use cases, including managing POCs, bids, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee risk throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful and repeatable solution delivery.

Client Engagement & Business Growth

• Work with stakeholders during pre-sales to identify real business needs and co-create value-driven solutions.
• Assess customer environments and develop solution roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Represent the organization at industry events, contributing thought leadership and technical insights.
• Support internal teams and partners through training, enablement, and reusable technical assets.

Innovation, Strategy & Market Insight

• Drive innovation by challenging conventional approaches and applying domain expertise.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and refine solution positioning.
• Gather client and market feedback to shape product features and influence roadmap development.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong foundational knowledge in cloud infrastructure, big data, and AI applications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics, AI-driven technologies, and enterprise cloud solutions.
• Proven expertise with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud.
• Solid technical background in big data tools and ecosystems, with hands-on experience in at least five of the following: Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Blink, Hive, Kafka, HBase, Zookeeper, Sqoop, HDFS, Flume, Pig, or Presto.
• Proficiency in data storage, database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, NoSQL), and modern data warehousing.
• Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Mandarin required due to cross-border collaboration with China-based teams.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
