About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic ESG Consultant to lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in sustainability, IIoT, and FinTech, with a proven track record of driving ESG strategies, business development, and partnerships in complex, cross-border environments.

This role requires not only strong technical knowledge in ESG and decarbonization but also over 20 years of experience in sales and strategic partnerships, with established networks across the APAC region. Proficiency in Hindi is essential for market penetration and relationship-building in India and other regional markets with large Hindi-speaking populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG strategies in alignment with business objectives and global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.)
• Lead client acquisition and relationship management across Asia-Pacific for ESG consulting services, carbon reporting, and sustainability programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver decarbonization roadmaps, green building solutions, and ESG advisory projects
• Drive market expansion efforts across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East through localized strategies and partnerships
• Conduct stakeholder mapping, risk analysis, and materiality assessments for client engagements
• Act as a thought leader, representing the company in ESG forums, industry panels, and client workshops
• Support business units with ESG-linked RFP responses, impact reporting, and training development

Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, and partner management in sectors such as IIoT, FinTech, Sustainability, and Technology Solutions
• Proven ability to develop and grow businesses in the APAC region, especially in India, Singapore, and the Middle East
• Strong network of decision-makers, partners, and industry influencers in Asia-Pacific
• Practical experience in green building certifications, energy audits, decarbonization solutions, or ESG reporting
• Fluency in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific ESG drivers, especially in finance, real estate, infrastructure, and logistics
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, or Business; MBA preferred
