Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and manage automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud infrastructure for a high-performance global trading platform.You’ll work closely with global teams across London, Pune, and Singapore under a follow-the-sun model, contributing to platform modernization and unification initiatives that drive scalability, resilience, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (migrating from Jenkins to GitHub Actions).
• Automate deployments using Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Manage and optimize GCP environments
• Support Kubernetes infrastructure and enhance monitoring and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across DevOps, engineering, and product.

Requirements

• Strong scripting and automation experience in Python and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, build, and deployment best practices.
• Typically 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience (open to capable mid-level engineers).
• Self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, autonomous environment.
• Experience within fintech or trading systems is a plus.
