Job Description
Our client is a digitally driven insurance broker and portal. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their HR team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in Town – easily accessible.
Duties
- Lead and oversee the HR team, ensuring effective implementation of strategies and reviewing overall performance.
- Develop and execute HR policies and initiatives that align with business goals and support organizational growth.
- Manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance systems to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Foster a positive work culture, promoting employee well-being, motivation, and development through training and engagement.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and appraisal systems to drive high performance and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide management with HR insights through data and reporting.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Min 5 years of experience as HR manager or HR executive
- Knowledge and experience in HRIS payroll system will be preferred
