The Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivot role in supporting the sales organization by developing effective materials, enhancing operational processes, and delivering customer-driven insights. This position ensures cross-functional alignment, elevates sales productivity, and facilitates the successful closure of business opportunities.
- Act as a key player in the sales process, enabling sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through tailored support and resource development.
- Create, manage, and continuously update a comprehensive suite of sales materials, including presentations, videos, one-pagers, case studies and prototypes, and demo environments.
- Support customer workshops, and strategic deal planning sessions by curating relevant materials and talking points.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product Owners, Client Delivery, Technology, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to craft compelling and accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client-specific solution proposals.
- Develop and implement onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure sales teams are up to date with the latest product knowledge, messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Gather, track, and analyse feedback from prospects and sales teams to continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and threats, translating insights into actionable recommendations for sales and product teams.
- Build enablement tools such as sales templates, objection handling guides, pricing calculators, and value proposition frameworks.
- Prepare co-branded and partner-aligned materials to support collaborations with System Integrators (SIs), Management Consultants, Cloud Providers, and Technology Alliance Partners.
- Manage and continuously optimize the end-to-end sales process through robust funnel tracking, performance analysis, and process enhancements to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Background in sales, account management, or other client-facing roles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Fluency in an additional language (e.g., Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese) is a plus.
- Skilled in creating customer-facing materials with attention to detail and thorough proofreading.
- Self-driven and proactive, with a consistent ability to deliver high-quality results on time
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
- Analytical and resourceful, able to identify issues early and develop practical solutions independently.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across functions.
