Frontend Developer (FinTech / Marketing) - spvw

We are seeking a Frontend Developer / Creative Engineer to join our Marketing team - a professional who can combine frontend development skills with a strong sense of design. You will work closely with marketing strategists, designers, and cross-functional teams to transform creative ideas into engaging digital experiences of various FinTech applications and ensuring smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and manage marketing websites, landing pages, and other digital experiences aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Build responsive UI/UX components and animations using modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React).
• Enhance site performance, ensure accessibility, improve SEO, and maintain responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Convert wireframes, prototypes, and creative briefs into fully functional and visually polished web solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital deliverables.
• Maintain and update reusable component libraries, adhering to established brand and design systems.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns, product launches, and event-related projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Marketing Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in frontend/web development, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
• Prior experience in FinTech related projects will be an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with hands-on experience in modern frameworks such as React.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Chinese-speaking clients.
• Experience with tools such as Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Airtable or other low-code CMS and automation platforms.
• Skilled in Figma or comparable design collaboration tools.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce and/or other email campaign platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, performance optimization techniques, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/clients who require communication in this language.
