Thredd is searching for a sales-orientated account manager to join us in our Singapore office!

With a strong track record in account management, deep knowledge of payment processing, and a nuanced understanding of the fintech landscape. In this role, you'll drive client satisfaction and revenue growth through proactive relationship-building with stakeholders, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and advocating for our clients' needs while aligning with company objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and nurture strong, trust-driven relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including esteemed senior leadership figures, fostering a culture of client satisfaction, adoption, and loyalty
  • Champion the client’s cause within Thredd, skilfully managing their expectations while expertly balancing Thredd’s objectives with their individual needs, ensuring a harmonious partnership
  • Propel revenue growth to new heights, striving to not only meet but surpass individual sales targets by uncovering lucrative cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct dynamic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), keeping clients abreast of cutting-edge platform enhancements, product innovations, and service advancements while pinpointing potential avenues for collaboration
  • Dive deep into clients’ product strategies and geographic aspirations, collaborating seamlessly with Thredd’s Solutions Design Consultant to amplify the client experience
  • Act as the go-to resource for addressing clients’ commercial needs, employing strategic thinking to capitalize on individual opportunities and overall contractual positions, resulting in increased revenue streams for Thredd
  • Revolutionize existing processes to drive peak performance, from refining Account Development Plans (ADPs) to enhancing pipeline management, deal qualification, and comprehensive reporting mechanisms
  • Foster seamless collaboration with the Customer Care team, empowering them to deliver swift resolutions while maintaining a vigilant eye over operational queries and concerns
  • Forge a close-knit partnership with the Product team, gaining invaluable insights into development requirements essential for supporting clients’ ambitious expansion endeavours
  • Support Credit Controller to maintain a current accounts receivable status
  • Elevate Thredd's market presence by actively participating in case studies, PR initiatives, and leading industry events, amplifying our brand visibility and credibility
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of the ever-evolving payments landscape through proactive research and insightful readings, sharing newfound knowledge with the AM team to stay ahead of the curve
  • Cultivate a sales-centric mindset, ensuring Thredd remains the top choice for clients exploring expansion opportunities, thereby generating a continuous stream of referrals and endorsements for Thredd's services

What You’ll Need

  • Business fluency in English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese as to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking customer and emails
  • Sales-orientated mindset focused on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: demonstrable ability to collaborate with colleagues effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
