Job Description

The Digital Cards Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and the growth of digital card products (credit, debit, and prepaid) within the company's portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in digital banking products with strong sales and marketing skills, ensuring that the company meets its acquisition targets while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers for the company's digital card products, targeting both individual and business clients.
  • Campaign Management: Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns, focusing on generating leads, optimizing conversion funnels, and increasing the market share of digital cards.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Work with the marketing team to create lead generation strategies. Qualify leads based on customer behavior, profile, and needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine sales strategies and customer engagement techniques that maximize the effectiveness of digital card offerings.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with key partners, such as digital platforms, fintech companies, and strategic corporate partners, to expand the reach of digital cards.
  • Customer Insights & Feedback: Continuously gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify areas for product improvement and innovation to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and ROI for digital card marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital card features, benefits, and market trends to provide accurate information to prospects and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services sales/marketing.
    Proven track record in customer acquisition, preferably in digital cards, payments, or related financial products.
    Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and sales strategies.
  • Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for optimization.
    Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
    Knowledge of the latest trends in fintech and digital payments.
    Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.
