Job Description

Smartkarma is hiring a Corporate Development Analyst to join the Finance team, to provide financial due diligence and analytical support for corporate development transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Due Diligence: Support financial and operational due diligence for potential acquisitions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in deal structuring, valuation analysis, and preparation of memos and presentations.
  • Post-Merger Analysis: Track the financial performance of acquired entities, providing insights and optimising integration.

About You

Qualifications & Experience

  • No prior experience required – recent graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
