Our client is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in payments, blockchain, AI-driven financial solutions, etc. They are currently seeking a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing sales organization. The Head of Sales will lead the company’s sales strategy, business development, and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple fintech products.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s presence in [specific fintech segments: B2B payments, trading solutions, embedded finance, etc.].
  • Own pipeline management, sales forecasting, and revenue performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, hedge funds, payment providers, and enterprise clients.
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and contract closing for high-value accounts.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate business expansion.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance sales team across multiple regions.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and commission structures.
  • Implement CRM tools, sales analytics, and automation processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Responsible for Go-To-Market & Competitive Positioning
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to refine value propositions.
  • Ensure strong competitive positioning by keeping up with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging fintech technologies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in enterprise/B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of financial technology ecosystems, banking solutions, and digital payments.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience scaling sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
