Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Product Diagnostics: Partner with client product and strategy teams to conduct in-depth, data-driven diagnostics across user journeys, identifying operational friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates for fintech clients.

Interactive Dashboard Design: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI and Tableau) for real-time tracking and visualization of critical product metrics, including acquisition, activation, retention, and cost efficiency across various digital channels.

Product Roadmap Contribution: Contribute actively to product roadmap planning, including backlog prioritization, by analyzing user pain points, identifying operational bottlenecks, and detecting data anomalies.

User Segmentation & A/B Testing: Execute sophisticated user segmentation analysis using behavioral and demographic data to inform A/B testing strategies and personalize customer flows.

Strategic Recommendations: Deliver actionable strategic recommendations based on comprehensive funnel analysis, support ticket analysis, and transaction behavior trends to drive product improvements and business growth.

Feature Roadmap & Optimization: Collaborate with product managers and data teams to shape feature roadmaps, particularly for onboarding, payment platforms, and emerging market penetration.

Internal Tool Development: Design and implement internal data tools and dashboards (leveraging SQL expertise) to monitor key performance indicators such as merchant success rates, user risk scores, transaction drop-offs, average onboarding time, dispute rates, and order fulfillment latency.

User Feedback & Localization: Collect, synthesize, and analyze user feedback and operational data from various regions (e.g., SEA, MENA, LATAM) to optimize product interfaces and localize payment solutions, accelerating time-to-market for new integrations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional squads to ensure seamless integration and deployment of product enhancements and new features.


Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Product Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role with a strong emphasis on data analytics, ideally within the Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services sectors.

Strong proficiency in designing and building interactive dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.

Solid SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

Experience with user segmentation, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.

Familiarity with product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and agile development methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with fiat on/off ramp platforms, KYC processes, and payout systems is a significant advantage.

This role requires proficiency in Mandarin Language (to Read, write and speak) as this role will work closely with team and clients in the Mainland / Taiwan region.

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
