Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of B2C experience to support the execution of marketing campaigns, social media, media liaison, and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who’s not just excited about the future of financial services and payments—including Web2 and Web3—but also genuinely eager to learn and grow in this space. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute B2C marketing activities including campaign scheduling, reporting, and asset delivery.
  • Manage social media channels (organic and paid), including content scheduling, monitoring, and performance analysis.
  • Write compelling, audience-centric content for social media and marketing materials that connect meaningfully with different target segments and personas, demonstrating strong language fluency and contextual relevance.
  • Plan and execute media buys, with a good understanding of Singapore’s local media landscape and experience liaising directly with media partners.
  • Coordinate marketing events, including sourcing for venues, catering, gifts, and managing on-ground execution.
  • Manage large-scale sponsored event activations, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing commitments and deliverables.
  • Effective contribution to holistic content deliverables, including infographics, visual concepts, and video ideas, to enhance storytelling and strengthen campaign impact across channel
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, technical, design, and marketing) and external vendors, providing clear briefs and managing workflows across multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain filing and documentation of campaign assets, reports, and partner deliverables.


Requirements

  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership — follows through to completion with reliability.
  • Timeliness and attention to detail — able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently, while spotting inconsistencies, ensuring quality control, and upholding brand integrity across all deliverables
  • Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Eager to grow in the financial services and payments space, including learning about both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.
  • Proactive and takes initiative without waiting to be told.
  • Emotionally mature and team-oriented — willing to help, receptive to feedback, and calm under pressure.
  • Naturally curious and enjoys problem-solving, even for tasks outside the initial brief.
  • Teachable and humble, with a willingness to learn from teammates and improve over time.
  • Organized and versatile, able to switch contexts and support different business units smoothly.
  • Holds a recognized undergraduate degree, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar B2C environment
