Job Description
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to drive the transformation of Corporate Digital Banking platform. This role involves partnering with Product Owners to document platform behavior, and collaborating with UX and Technology teams to design seamless user journeys for Corporate and SME customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for key business banking capabilities, including account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans, and user administration.
- Create detailed business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that reflect both client needs and internal requirements.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure screen designs adhere to business banking usability standards and align with functional objectives.
- Work with technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable, robust technical designs.
- Support agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature validation to ensure timely and complete delivery of business features.
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and validating outputs against expected outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in digital platform environments, with at least 2 years in the corporate or business banking domain.
- Familiar with transactional banking, user access management, trade services, or payment workflows tailored for business clients.
- Strong expertise in developing user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams spanning product, design, technology, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or enterprise-grade digital platforms within the corporate banking sector.
- Understanding of multi-tier user access models, transaction approval workflows, and regulatory constraints in B2B banking.
- Familiarity with micro-frontend-based platforms is an advantage.
- Exposure to design thinking or service design framework is a plus.
