What will you be doing?

• Participate in designing architecture of the financial system
• Organise and manage team to deliver performing and reliable products
• Build with the team culture of diversity and excellence
• Set & communicate technical direction for your team
• Actively participate in hiring and onboarding
• Coach and mentor other members of the team
• Proactively improve hiring & onboarding process

What will you need?

• Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 3 years of experience leading software engineering teams, with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems
• Equivalent experience or a degree in Computer Science
