Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Cover the human resources function for the firm in Singapore
  • Collaborate with other offices to plan and execute HR policies
  • Cover recruitment by working with external vendors, ensure the smooth process of employee onboarding
  • Manage compensation and benefits such as performance monitoring and evaluation, compensation and payroll reviews/administration
  • Employee engagement and relations such as training and learning etc
  • Update HR policies to the management
  • Assist the management to cultivate a positive company culture for employees
  • Supervise the admin executive on admin function

 Key requirements:

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in the financial services industry, experience in in brokerage, securities trading is an advantage
  • A good all-rounded experience in human resources such as compensation and benefits, talent management etc
  • Good knowledge in human resources regulations and practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, responsible, a team player whilst able to work independently
